Booking Terms and Conditions

When a booking is made and accepted, this forms a legal contract and the following terms and conditions apply.

Reservations:

For all bookings made, we require a letter of confirmation and deposit - usually £20.00 per room.

Once this is received, we will confirm back to you by letter.

Rates are inclusive of full English breakfast, VAT and service charges.

Full payment by cash or cheque is due on departure.

Cancellations and No Shows:

Unless otherwise agreed, four days clear notice of cancellation is required. Should a reservation be cancelled within four days of your arrival date, then we reserve the right to charge the full amount of

the first nights stay.

Once checked in, if you cut your stay short, we will endeavour to resell your room for the remaining nights, but you will be liable for any loss Nyewood Cottage makes.

Check In and Check Out Times:

You are welcome to check in from 12:00 midday, although earlier access can be agreed prior to your stay.

We ask that you check out by 10:30am on the day of your departure.

Damages and Breakages:

Please take care of our accomodation.

You will be responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accomodation and it's contents.

We do not normally charge for minor damage, but we may invoice you for making good  or any significant repairs.
